Terms and Conditions for Tattoo Services

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Appointment Scheduling:

* Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure, which will be applied towards the total cost of the tattoo. This does not apply to touch up appointments which are free.

2. Cancellation/Deposit Policy:

* Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

* Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

* DEPOSITS are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule and give +72 hours notice you can reschedule your appointment, however if there is no space to move you too you will need to cancel your appointment. My books open every three months, I don’t carry forward appointments from one round of bookings into the next. You can only reschedule appointments 30 days in advance, if you reschedule multiple times I will ask you to cancel your appointment and deposit will be lost.

3. Tattoo Design and Approval:

* Clients are responsible for providing reference images or ideas for their tattoo design.

* Custom designs will be sent usually on the morning of appointment if not before based on customer preferences.

* Clients must approve the final design before the tattooing process begins.

4. Health and Safety:

* Our studio follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment.

* Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process.

* Clients must follow aftercare instructions provided by the tattoo artist to promote proper healing.

5. Payment Terms:

* Payment for tattoo services is due in full (minus deposit) at the end of your scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

* Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards.

* 6. Copyright and Ownership:

* The design and artwork created by the tattoo artist are the intellectual property of Sorcha Elspeth.

* Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the tattoo design without written permission from Sorcha Elspeth.

8. Age Requirement:

* Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo services.

* Proof of age may be requested during your appointment.
